How to maintain a CNC cutting machine

1. After cutting off the power supply, wipe the exterior of the CNC cutting machines  with a semi-dry cloth to ensure that the device is clean and free of oil. When wiping, pay attention to whether there are any missing screws and nuts so that they can be replaced in time.
2. Check and clean the air line and replace the air line to be "retired". And replace the filter element of the firearm in time to ensure the smoothness of the gas path.
3. Adjust the tightness of the cutting torch to the tightness of normal operation, and check the wear of the steel belt to adjust the tightness.
4. When cleaning the torch bearing, nut, and four cylinders, add grease, clean the gearbox of the cart, and add grease to ensure the normal operation of the CNC cutting machines.
5. Use compressed air to remove dust from the electrical boxes, and check the zero-connecting devices and limit protection devices.
