1. Processing materials

Therefore, the workpiece material also has a certain impact on the laser cutting accuracy. Generally speaking, the smoother the material is, the higher the machining precision is.

2. Shape of the laser beam

The laser beam of a metal laser cutting machine is conical, so the cutting slit is also conical. The shape of the laser beam is also an important factor affecting the cutting accuracy of the metal laser cutting machine. The smaller the spot after the laser beam is concentrated, the smaller the kerf will be, and the higher the processing accuracy will be.
