1. Lathe bed

① Pipe welding bed

Low-power fiber laser cutting machines (below 4000w) generally use tube welding beds. This kind of lathe is made of welded steel pipes, which has lower cost but is easily deformed.

② Steel plate welded bed

High-power fiber laser cutting machines (above 4000W) generally require the use of steel plate welding beds, which can carry thicker materials and ensure higher cutting accuracy. And the bed will not deform.

③ Cast iron bed

Cast iron bed has the highest strength and longest life. But at the same time, its production cycle is longer and the manufacturing price is higher.




2. Laser head

Fiber laser heads can be divided into two types: automatic focus laser heads and manual focus laser heads. The auto-focus laser head can automatically adjust the focus through the system, while the manual focus laser head requires manually rotating the focus knob of the laser head. Among them, the autofocus laser heads are divided into BM110 and BM111. The BM110 uses a hybrid servo motor, while the BM111 uses a servo motor. In addition, there is also a difference in focusing speed between the two - because BM111 is longer. In addition, commonly used laser head brands include Raytools, WSX, Au3tech, Precitec, etc.


3. Cross beam

There are two main types of beams used in fiber laser cutting machines: aviation aluminum beams and cast aluminum beams. Among them, the aviation aluminum beam is welded with aviation aluminum materials, which is light in weight and can ensure fast running speed and high cutting accuracy. The cast aluminum beam has long life and stable accuracy.


4. Air and water systems

The gas system is installed on the main bed and mainly consists of nitrogen, oxygen and air. Nitrogen and oxygen are mainly used as cutting auxiliary gases. Part of the air passes through the filter system and is used as cutting auxiliary gas and protective gas. The other part is used for machine tool actuators, such as dust removal cylinders, positioning cylinders, etc. Oxygen is mainly used for cutting carbon steel, and nitrogen is mainly used for cutting stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. And nitrogen costs more than oxygen.


The water system realizes dual temperature and dual control, low-temperature water is connected to the laser head, and high-temperature water is connected to the laser head. Connect to the water inlet of the laser, connect the water inlet of the water cooler to the water outlet of the optical fiber, and connect the water outlet to the water inlet.
